For regular made-to-order paintings, preview photos are also available upon request before shipping.

If small details need adjustment before shipment, we will work with our artists to make reasonable revisions free of charge, so the final artwork better matches your order requirements.

Custom paintings are created according to your photo, size, color, or personalization request. Once a custom painting has been approved and shipped, returns are accepted only for quality issues or shipping damage.

Damage Protection

Every painting is securely packed before shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.

For confirmed shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement, repair solution, or refund.
