Shipping Policy

At Angel Art House, each painting is made to order and carefully prepared before shipment. We offer worldwide express shipping with secure packaging and tracking information.

Production & Processing Time

Most paintings require up to 15 business days for hand painting, drying, framing, quality inspection, and secure packing before handover to the carrier.

Custom paintings, personalized adjustments, or larger sizes may require additional processing time. If your order requires more time, we will contact you before production or shipping.

Preview Before Shipping

For custom paintings, we will send photos of the finished artwork before shipping. You may request revisions at this stage, and your painting will only be shipped after your approval. For regular made-to-order paintings, preview photos are also available upon request.

Express Delivery Time

Express delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after the parcel is scanned by DHL / FedEx / UPS.

Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on destination, artwork size, and courier handling.

Shipping Cost

Express shipping is included in the product price. No additional shipping charge will be added at checkout for standard online orders.

Packaging

• Rolled paintings are shipped in strong protective tubes.
• Framed artworks are packed with reinforced protection for safe delivery.
• All shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Rush Service

Rush service is available for eligible orders with a 10% rush fee. Rush orders can usually be delivered within 10–12 days after order confirmation. Please contact us before placing a rush order.

Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the express carrier and scanned, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
