We want you to feel confident when ordering from Angel Art House. Every painting is hand-painted to order, carefully inspected, and securely packed before shipment.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your painting, provided the artwork is in original condition and returned in its original packaging.
Revisions Before Shipping
For custom paintings, we will provide preview photos before shipping. You may request revisions at this stage, and your painting will only be shipped after your approval.
Custom Paintings
Custom paintings are created according to your photo, size, color, or personalization request. Once a custom painting has been approved and shipped, returns are accepted only for quality issues or shipping damage.
If there is a problem with your custom artwork, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will help resolve the issue with revisions, replacement, or refund options depending on the case.
Damaged Items
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
For confirmed shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement, repair solution, or refund.
Return Shipping
- For confirmed quality issues or shipping damage, we will help cover the return or replacement process.
- For non-quality reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Returned artworks must be securely packed in their original packaging whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
